Session Description: Considerable attention is focused on the quality and safety of healthcare services because it is regarded as a critical social issue. For the quality and safety of healthcare services, one of the promising approaches is to apply quality concepts, methodologies, and techniques. This presentation addresses a methodology for designing an appropriate rehabilitation training program for a patient. We will show a model, a prototype system based on the model, and the results of its implementation.
